Bus ticket fines
I was fined today on the bus, I had the ticket activated in my phone but my battery had run out and when the ticket checkers came they fined me. I have the proof to show that in my expired tickets on the jlt app. I don't know how I can claim against it. Also if I have to pay the fine how can i pay it? I got no notification for it. If they send it to my address I can't get it because I live in a different place now then the one registered with my ID card and my new address is still not registered on my ID card.
